The service

Lot Watch is operated by Car Curious LLC. By using Lot Watch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Lot Watch does

Lot Watch monitors publicly available dealer inventory listings and notifies you when vehicles matching your criteria appear. We can also submit dealer inquiries on your behalf at your direction. We are not a dealer, broker, or party to any vehicle transaction.

What Lot Watch doesn't do

• We do not guarantee vehicle availability. Inventory data may lag behind real-time lot conditions.
• We do not negotiate prices or represent you in any purchase.
• We do not verify dealer accuracy — listed prices, features, or availability may differ from what a dealer tells you in person.
• We do not provide legal, financial, or purchasing advice.

Dealer inquiries

When you request that Lot Watch contact a dealer, you authorize us to send a message on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide. We forward dealer replies to you but are not responsible for dealer conduct, response time, or any commitments a dealer makes.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lot Watch to:

• Submit false or misleading dealer inquiries.
• Scrape or bulk-export inventory data.
• Interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Violate any applicable law.

Broker users

Brokers accessing Lot Watch on behalf of clients are responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection and disclosure laws in their jurisdiction. Lot Watch provides tooling; compliance obligations belong to the broker.

Disclaimer of warranties

Lot Watch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Car Curious LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lot Watch, including losses related to vehicle purchases or dealer interactions. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
